Enchantment "Rock Climber"

We need in Minecraft more climbing skills. And for this we can use enchantment.

New enchantment name is "Rock Climber". Player can buy only it from villager or find it in dungeons. Max level is III. When player's hitbox touches cobblestone, stone, netherrack, dirt, or something like that, his jump gets higher 0,5 blocks by each level.
