Equal to "fire charge" in mechanics, only it has the ability to slow for 5 seconds and pushes the player or creature for at least 5 blocks. At the time of the explosion, it generates soul particles similar to a firework but the particles are souls
It is created in the same way as the fire charge, except that two soul soils and a warped mushroom are added. You can only stack one. The ghast or perhaps some variety of it has the ability to fire it.
