Weaponry
I believe a good addition to the games diverse assortment of weapons would be a Redstone Sword, yet due to the dust being unlike an ore, the crafting recipe for a Redstone Sword would Be A Netherite ingot on the bottom middle of a crafting table, underneath redstone dust in-between two additional netherite ingots (This would be the blades handle) Then on the top row of the crafting table in the middle would be a blaze rod. This recipe describes Redstone in all its aspects as it is used in combination with many things for a purpose. The Sword would be un-enchantable, but it’s qualities are worth it. It’s durability would be of that between a diamond sword and a netherite sword. It will immediately catch anyone it strikes on fire, mimicking the Fire Aspect Enchantment, it also has a knock back II similarity and is as Sharp as Sharpness 5, It has 2 bars, a Green durability bar and a blue bar right above it, the blue bar represents the swords Charge, as it is a rechargeable weapon. It can be recharged by the amount of Redstone you have in your inventory. Without Redstone the swords battery life will be the same as an iron sword. Due to the sword being un-enchantable the wielder would have to use the smithing table to repair their blade with netherite ingots, But that would be very rare as the sword has a very good durability.
The swords appearance
On glance the sword when deactivated will be a Netherite handle, with a small Redstone dot in the middle that isn’t very bright representing the sword’s current state of deactivation, the blaze rod blade isn’t sharp at all, so when the blade is activated the redstone light on the handle will brighten, then Redstone particles will emit from the handle sending red energy through the blaze rod blade surrounding it in a transparent Redstone energy shaped similarly to the Minecraft sword. Please consider this as I believe it will add to the games diverse set of weapons and would be a fun weapon to acquire not only for its abilities but for the quest to attain the recipes.
