The Obsidian Pedestal is a block that will allow Enchanting in a slightly different method to the Enchanting Table, one can be crafted with 2 Gold Ingots, 2 Crying Obsidian and 2 Red Nether Brick Slabs. You need 5 of them, one in the center and the other 4 beside each side, with a 1 block gap between.
To Enchant something, you need whatever you want to be enchanted (e.g. a Book or Sword), and 4 already enchanted items (e.g. a Sword dropped from a Piglin), place what you want to Enchant in the Center Pedestal and the already Enchanted Items in the others, then they'll activate and begin powering the center item.
The Powering process then takes the equivalent of 2 days to finish, then the 4 items are consumed leaving the newly enchanted item, with the combined Enchantments, there's a small chance for new Enchantments to come up as well.
ADVANTAGES:
The Pedestals can be made only using stuff found in the Nether.
Experience points are not required to use, but can be helpful.
The Powering can be sped up by 5% by right-clicking with an empty hand, uses up an Xp level though.
DISADVANTAGES:
You need to already have some Enchanted items
Bit expensive to make
The Powering of the item usually takes 2 Minecraft days to finish.
