Basalt Feature - Source of Iron

In real life basalt contains high amounts of iron so you should be able to get some iron from basalt after smelting it or through some process and get the polished form from crafting four together in the crafting grid or through the stone cutter. This would be interesting as it would add even more viability to living and gathering resources in the nether, which is what this update is kind of about as well as just new content.
