Boat passengers should be able to face backward

When riding as a passenger in a boat, it would be useful and sensible to be able to fully turn around. This would be particularly helpful when firing arrows at mobs to protect the boat, making the passenger’s role more engaging and less frustrating.

    It would help fighting phantoms. And would make neat PVP maps
