This dimension can be accessed by placing all 16 different coloured wool on the edges of a four by four square.
Once a sheep is killed in this square, BOOM, you get a sheep dimension, where sheep roam all over the place, but watch out for the satyr (angry sheep people) who will charge you if you attack one of their own or a sheep.
These satyr will wield battle axes that drop when killed. Additionally they drop satyr horns that can be used to craft battle horns and ivory (which can be further crafted into ivory blocks, knifes and potion ingredients). In the sheep dimension you'd be lucky to come across a cow, but don't worry, fluffy cows do exist! These fluffy cows are like normal cows but instead of leather they drop woolen leather that can be used to craft special woolly books. The woolly books can then be used for special enchantments (these enchantments would do much more than a normal enchantment because it's harder to get) i.e. a jump enchant that has effects similar to a jump potion when applied to boots, or a flight enchant that acts similarly to that of the creative flight mode when applied to a chest plate.
But wait, there's more!
In the sheep world you can find a gateway to Narnia, which is very hard to find, in Narnia imagine the lion, the witch and the wardrobe brought to Minecraft! OH YEH, now we're talking!
