Proximity Fireworks

Using an eye of ender when making a firework star makes it a "proximity" firework star.

This firework has a larger damage radius and will explode if it passes near an entity, say within 5 blocks.

This makes elytra PvP more interesting as players are able to hit each other even at high speeds and adds a form of surface to air defense. This can also be used to combat phantoms in the late game.
