Nether Fungi Mooshrooms

In the new Minecraft update, Mooshrooms struck by lightning should turn into Nether Fungi Mooshrooms, and the current brown Mooshrooms should just spawn naturally in Mooshrooms Islands with the red ones.

    Personally, I would prefer to keep the current brown mooshroom mechanics and have nether fungi mooshrooms be obtainable by breeding red or brown mooshrooms in the Nether, maybe having the chance increase if the parents are one of each brown and red rather than two of the same.
