Suffocation Gamerule

Similar to /gamerule drowningDamage and /gamerule fallDamage there should be a gamerule that prevents suffocation in blocks.

    Yes, and maybe even the ability to change how fast you suffocate by putting a value in stead of just a true/false.
    This could also be usefull for the other damage gamerules.

    the "/gamerule drowningDamage false" does not work, at least not in 1.18.1
