Minecraft has many beautiful and colorful biomes, but it could also benefit from weirdly generated biomes on the other side of the spectrum. Meet the Scarred Plains, where the green grass is replaced by grey Tussock grass, and huge curling spikes of dark oak and spruce logs grow from the ground.
Growing down from these dark oak and spruce log spikes, which can grow to a height of 25 blocks tall, are dark green prickly vines. Climbing, or even touching these vines will damage you like cactuses, as there’re both prickly plants. Traveling around this biome, you will also find that it is made up of low lying hills of the grey Tussock grass, which occasionally let out the cloud particle effect. At night falls, the biome becomes a dangerous and scary place, as groups of skeletons and strays appear around you. Even the occasional charged creeper will spawn, making the area an extra scary place. Putting the dangerous mobs aside, the passive zombie horse will spawn during the night as well, but you should be careful with it, as it will burn during the day.
