Permafrost Snow Golem

Permafrost Snow Golems are upgraded versions of Snow Golems. They have the same amount of health that a player has and can no longer melt in hot biomes. In order to get a Permafrost Snow Golem you need to feed it a frosted fruit. After 20 seconds it will transform into a Permafrost Snow Golem. They are now able to smack enemies with their frosty branch arms, and instead of shooting Snowballs, will now instead shoot Iceballs which will deal small amounts of damage and has a chance to freeze enemies in place. When killed, they will drop snow, snowballs, ice, and iceballs. The Iceball can be ether thrown at a enemy to freeze or can be used in a brewing stand to create a potion of Freezing which, well, freezes the person that drinks it. The Permafrost Snow Golem would be a cool addition to Minecraft.

    Good idea! I think minecraft needs to expand on ice and snow related things!

    I've always wanted a snow golem variant that can actually do damage. Having a ranged utility mob obtainable in survival would allow players to defend their property so much better, regardless of how the golems are created.

    I think The permafrost snow golem should be made out of Blue ice
    Instead of snow

    I like it, but the ice balls are a tiny bit OP. also the freezing potion should last for 10-30 seconds.

    Great idea! Though I have a slightly different idea on how to make them. One could use powdered snow and a white pumpkin (which as many have suggested should be in the Pale Garden), to create the permafrost golem.

    The reason it uses powdered snow and a white golem is to encourage the player to travel around, as it requires materials in the mountains and pale gardens. Creating a frost golem would have its own achievement called “Frosty Snowman”
