Realistic water/ tap block

So i like making traps in Minecraft and i want to make a flooding room. So i was thinking water should fill up rooms slowly if theres a water source like water does in a bucket or a bathtub this would give Minecraft a tad more realism and would make traps more fun. You can still block off water with signs and stuff that do the same thing as them. This should be on xbox and all other things you can play mc on
