Customizable Weapon Damage (so we can keep the old damages)

Instead of nerfing wepon damage, why not implemant a command to customize wepon damage on PvP situation?

This commando could also change the atack speed of diferent wepons, so this way, it is more customizable, and evrybody can be happy
