A master forager is made by crafting a Forager table and placing it next to a fisherman, a shepherd, or farmer. Master villagers sell the master items of the professions they came from(plus some extra because some professions need stuff)
Foragers sell golden carrots or glistening melons(farmer), buy puffer fish or boats(fisherman), and sell paintings(shepherd).

Enchanters can be made from master clerics and cartographers as well as librarians. Enchanters would sell name tags, enchanted bottles, buy nether wart, and sell a banner pattern and two enchanted books.

Master Smiths sell either a full set diamond armor with a random 20-30 level enchantment, a full set of random level 20-30 enchanted tools(including swords).
A master Crafter is made when you have a master Mason, Leatherworker, butcher, or fletcher, and you give them a crafting table. They sell blocks of quartz or pillars of quartz, a random level 20-30 enchant bow or crossbow, a random conversion from regular arrows to tipped ones, a saddle or leather horse armor, and they buy scutes, tripwires, and quartz.

I thought of another potential Master Profession: the Bee Keeper.

Giving Max level Farmers a Bee Hive (the craftable one) would allow it to become a Bee Keeper.

The reason it would be for Farmers is because Bees help crops grow when they fly over them with pollen, so I think it makes sense for a Farmer to take advantage of that.
