Minecraft has a lot of blocks, but what if they had more? Why do we need them? Please don't just add lists of things - these will be marked as spam and removed! Also, no furniture, guns, or vertical/"sideways"/"upright"/"standing" slabs (yes, we see you).

The soul beacon

It's a portable beacon but it doesn't have a base of iron, gold or diamond, it gains energy by mobs who are killed by the player near it. It is made with 2 blue torches , a nether star, a hopper and a wither skull it's appearance is a soul lantern but it has a wither skull floating on top of it. It has the soul speed particles but they are getting sucked in every time a mob dies near it. Now the features of this block. It will not give haste but it will give regeneration, absorption or strength. The more mobs you kill, the longer it lasts and the stronger it becomes. If you use it too much, i . e killing too many mobs, it overflows with soul energy, then the skull lights up and explodes. The nether star will not be damaged so you will be able to craft it again. Please tell me if this idea is good.

    How do we know that we overpowered the beacon?
