Crop Growth Beacon Effect

So we know the already seen beacon effects that have been in Minecraft for a long time. I think it's time for some new effects but maybe a separate section for these as they might be more expensive (More put in for startup). One Idea I have come up with is a beacon that gives of a plant growth speed effect. This is the normal size 9x9 beacon but it adds a bone meal particle effect on all tilled land in the near vicinity hence speeding up the growth of the plants in these areas as well. It's just an idea I'm bringing to you guys but I feel it would be a pretty sick idea for MC to implement. Also More Beacon effects would be pretty nice as well. That's All I guess.

    this would definitely give more of a reason to get beacons which is always good considering you basically need a villager or iron farm to get
