This would do the opposite of what blue torches do, since blue fire/torches don't melt snow, green fire/torches would melt snow twice as fast as a regular torch, and it would stay on in water, so you could put green torches in water!
Where would you find this? In a new biome in the nether, the nether's core! Where there is green netherrack and blue soul sand In this fire place! The green fire is so hot, not even blazes could withstand the flames!
Where would this biome be located? If is an underground nether biome, to get to this biome you would also need to make a portal of crying obsidian.
In my opinion, this biome would be interesting and another reason to explore the nether, this would also make the people want another dimension to stop complaining, since you need a portal to get there, it would technically be a new dimension right?
