While overall I think the bartering system is great, it gives players renewable resources that were not beforehand such as Gravel, Quartz, and Obsidian. However I do have a small suggestion of slightly increasing the amount of iron given and substantially decreasing the amount of ender pearls given.
Why Iron Nuggets should be increased
While I don't think the primary goal of bartering should be a source of iron, it would be nice for it to give enough for extended periods of time in the nether, without needing to go up to the surface any time you need it. Increasing the amount will also add a dynamic of creating an artificial 4th Ore in the nether; Iron. So a player can exchange large amounts of Gold from the nether to a small amount of iron.
Why Ender Pearls should be decreased
Being able to barter for large amounts of ender pearls kind of takes away the use of the endermen in the warped forest. So much so that the only reason to go to a warped forest is just for the blocks alone.
