Soulstone and Soul tiles

Soulstone would be a rare block found below y level 30 in soul sand valleys. It would be a blue variant of stone or diorite and if 4 are combined with a netherite ingot, it creates a soulstone tile, a soulstone with a netherite rim arond it. When placed it gives off light level 2 and blocks mob spawning in a 21x21 area, giving more design choices with lighting to builders, since they wouln't neccicarily have to light their builds.
