Make Depth Strider a Leggings Enchantment that Synergies with Frost Walker.

There are so many enchantments you can get on boots to the point where you need 3 pairs to get them all. However, leggings do not have any unique enchantments to them and usually get the average protection/unbreaking combo. To fix this, you should be able to enchant leggings with depth strider instead of boots to encourage using less pairs of them (frost walker will be wanted again!). To fix the problem of having frost walker on boots and depth strider on leggings, when you are wearing both, you end up getting a speed boost on the ice you make, making you go faster than if you were using a boat. (The normal effects of depth strider are then negated in favor of this. If you want just depth strider, then take off the boots.)

  Yes, leggings need more exclusive enchantments; make them more useful.

  It also seems more logical for depth strider on legs, because those are what power the player speed underwater, not the feet.
