Nether heart (like a heart of the sea but with fire resistance)

-can be found in an icy nether biome (already made a port about it), place inside a Pilar shape ice stalagmite who goes from ceiling to bedrock. (a single Pilar per ice biome)

-you can activate hit like how you activate an heart of the sea, but with nether bricks and netherite block .

-like the heat of the sea the number of block is directly connected to the range, from 50 to 150 blocks. (the netherite blocs and nether bricks count for that)

-adding netherite block will mate the fire resistance effect last longer. +15 sec for each blocks of netherite, max to +90sec. (only netherite blocs)

-the fire resistance last for 30 sec at base, and reset whenever you aren't in flame for 5 sec.
