Sundial Effect (Lengthen Daylight Time)

As an avid Minecraft player, I think that it would be a really neat addition to add something like a Sundial which would give a Sundial Effect. This effect would provide more daylight for working on projects or other things needing accomplished that there is just not enough daylight to accomplish. On top of this, the Sundial can be upgraded. Each upgrade gives more hours of daylight. I would imagine that this would be an end game item as it allows the ability to control the daylight cycle. This could be built out of quartz and some object found in The End or possibly traded by the wandering trader. Once placed, the Sundial is upgraded using experience levels, each upgrade requiring more levels. First could be an extra 5 minutes for 30 levels, 10 minutes for 50 levels, 15 minutes for 75 levels and an extra day (20 minutes) for 100 levels. To fully upgrade, this would cost 255 levels of experience. The Sundial can be turned on or off at any time and can tell the in-game time.
