Gem activated Netherite

I have a HUGE idea for netherite! (for example) you find netherite, but you can't weare it because you need to find another special gem for activate it and that gem can be found in the end and the void (you can decide where and how obtain the gem). You find that gem (obviusly it will be super rare) so you go to the smitthing table, you combine them, it get a new texture and your netherite set stars having energy coming out of itself. But it's not finished yet! By crafting a new enchanting table with the same rare gems (and of course the anvil) you will be able to enchant it even adding a brand new enchantment that gaves it SUPERPOWASSS! Maybe a FRICKING MOUTH WITH A CHAIN (like the evoker's one) THAT CAME OUT OF THE EARTH AN TROWS DOWN THE ENEMIES AND MAKE THEM SOFFER HAHAHAHHAA! (ok you have understand) or super speed and even a dash or the beast's defence when it is stunned. 
This was my idea for netherite and I think it's pretty cool!
