Soul speed or depth strider

You cant have soul speed and depth strider on the same boots because it will be too op

    NO! Soul speed is in the nether and water is in the overworld. Plus, Soul speed is so rare that it doesn't matter. And soul speed is basically useless except for soul sand valleys!

    I think it would be too op as well. If you just gather up some soul soil and use it in conjunction with the water it will be really easy to make a fast highway. Although you wouldn't be able to use the highway in the nether I still think players should have to choose between either one.

    No. Getting the max level for both of these enchantments isn't easy and players who play long enough to get these enchantments deserve to be able to use them. Also, depth strider cannot be used in the nether and soul speed cannot easily be used in the overworld or end. Besides, these enchants don't give the player any added advantage against other players so I don't see why this should be a problem.
