Picklet ( A new hostile mob )

The Picklet would be a new hostile mob that can be found in snowy areas. 

it would be a 1 block size creature that has the ability to hide and camouflage in the trees or in the snow. It would also be Pearl white with wings that will let it fly and a small flower on it's back  to help look like it just a plant in the snow. It would be hostile and will stalk the player and maybe make a buzzing sound when it is near the player. Then the Picklet would attack and shoot out Ice Crystal from it's mouth. it would be a range mob like a skeleton. The Picklet are nearing extinct and would try to back away or hide as there are low numbers of them, but when cornered or feel threaten, it would attack.  Maybe in the mountains, there would be a rare chance of caves that will be there colony are located. 

When killed, they could drop crystals that would be a decorative block or maybe used for pearl white color tint.

    I would make it neutral and maybe change the drops for the added challenge of finding it
