Slow Motion Potion

Hello!

I would like to ask if it is okay to add a new potion to Minecraft. The potion would be "Slow Motion Potion" This potion would last the maximum of 5:00 minutes. To craft this potion, you will need a brewing stand, obviously, you'd also need a clock and an Awkward Potion. And you're basically done. When drinking the potion, everything will turn black and white, this will make you know that everything is in slow-motion. Though you walk faster than anything else, and you will still take the same fall damage as you would without drinking the potion. This potion would be used to make it easier for you to do stuff quicker. By the way, while falling, you would fall slower, too. If you're in multiplayer mode, then the other player(s) will have the same effect as you. That's pretty much it for the potion. (The potion's colour would be white.)
