Dyable snow

I think it would open a lot of creativity in building to be allowed to use dyable snow and snow layers!

Snow could be dyed by applying dye to a brush, then using the brush with dye on it to snow. Also each snow layer could have a separate colour, with stacked snow layers having one colour per snow layer.
