Groundpound enchantment for tridents

So imagine this. A rare enchantment for tridents that does damage around the trident's landing point. It does damage in a 3 by 3 block radius for the first one and goes up the bigger the enchant on it is. (Sorry for grammar mistakes english isnt my first language)
