I think it would be cool if mobs passivly flock to areas where certain conditions are met.
- Spiders to places with webs
- Animals to where their food is grown or stored
- Skeletons to ruins
- Creepers to recent explosions
- Endermen to items
- Traders to villages, villagers to doors
If a mob suddenly starts pathing towards something you can follow it to see where it is going while trying not to get spotted if it's hostile. The chance they start pathing could be set to be low or high depending on playtesting.
You could make a place to lure a desired mob for it to be a pseudo mob farm.
It could also create a reason to defend or hide your base as certain mobs activly seek out your creations.
