Scramble command

The scramble command should be a creative based command that scrambles all blocks and entities around you.

    What are the uses? Mojang usually does not add very specific commands, and I think this could be easily implemented in a datapack function. Are there any interesting uses for this that I am missing?

    I'm with PangolinSauce here, this command is totally useless with a few niche exceptions. There's little point in adding it.
