Block Range Enchantment

This enchantment would be for pickaxes, axes, shovels and hoes. It would increase the amount of blocks interacted with at a time, so you could mine or fertalise a 3x3 area at once. The 8 blocks. Directly surrounding the block that is hovered over would also be affected. It could also have other levels, like 5x5, but that may be a bit overpowered.
