Irrigation through Cauldrons

Cauldrons should be able to irrigate farmland around them.

While this will not see much use i the Overworld, it will enable farming and living in the Nether in light of the upcoming nether update more worthwhile.

Cauldrons with water should irrigate farmland on the same y level as them but with -1 radius to their irrigation as to keep water as the preferred irrigation source.

This ability could be given to cauldrons as they are now, or to a special cauldron version crafted with a cauldron + x as to limit the availability in the early game.

  Sorry, but this makes no sense to me. How would the water get from the cauldron into the farmland?
