Molting Birds

Chickens and Parrots should rarely drop feathers in the same way as eggs. This would correlate to birds molting their feathers, as well as provide more utility to keeping birds around.

    Makes sense but a little overpowered no? The egg mechanic is already very easily abusable and this feather one could be too.
