Bane of Arthropods should be super effective against players wearing elytra

The elytra is a wing casing of most commonly, beetles. Beetles are arthropods. So players wearing elytra, should get this added weakness as well. This would add just a little more use to the Bane of Arthropods enchantment, and just a little more depth to the elytra vs chest plate decision!
