Anti-Magic Armor

This would use the Crafting Station in a similar way to Netherite in the latest snapshot. It would be a set of armor that reduces the amount of time an effect lasts and the effects of potions such as instant harming and instant health. It would actively reduce an enchant level if an enchanted book was used on it, and have a level level cap of around half of normal armors. It's durability would be between iron and diamond levels.
