Slush block

by putting a slime block with a water bucket in a crafting table you would get two jelly blocks, these blocks are used to help in the nether. The nether being dangerous and full of fire this block will stop you from burning but acts like a cobweb which slows you down. Since It's not fully made water it can't evaporate. I think this would be a fitting but not OP addition to the nether update.
