Incompatible Enchantments on Tools in Chest Loot

Have some tools spawn with otherwise incompatible enchantments in chest loot, as it would be yet another reason to explore and add unique items using existing mechanics.

I personally want more reasons to go exploring, as right now there's very little reward, and loot that you can only get through exploring is a great place to start.
