Dry coral

Dry coral is something i came up with, it is basically a dead colorful version of coral that can be placed on anything and if you hit it or step in it you will get the wither affect. So in order to mine it you have to destroy the block it's on. Dry coral would be found in the deep deserts where fossils would be. Dry coral would be rare.
