Infinite End

Presently, the outer end islands form a ring around the central end island.

It would be great, if in a future update, they formed a large spiral which extended all the way to the world border.

Naturally, the end gateway structures which form as you kill the dragon would also form a spiral.

Each time you kill the dragon, the game finds the 20 closest places it could place a gateway, excluding spots which already have one, and picks a spot at random from that list.

The far end of each gateway is selected mathematically, based on where the corresponding part of the outer island spiral ought to be, rather than scanning for blocks.

This change would result in more End Islands total, and more End Cities total, and more End Ships total and make it easier to find unraided cities and ships ... just kill the dragon and go through the newest gateway.

Although this doesn't literally make the end truly infinite, it is effectively much much bigger.
