Upside Down Sandstone Stairs Retexture

Simple change, in the Java version the top of upside down sandstone stairs have the texture of the bottom of a regular block of sandstone. In bedrock it shares the texture for the top of the block. Since smooth sandstone stairs already have this texture it would be nice if regular sandstone stairs were changed to have another option.
