shorten /function to /f

When playing, it can get slightly annoying to have to type out /function, so maybe add an alternative as /f. I am not saying change /function to /f, I am saying make /f do the same thing, like /tell and /w

    Commands are frustrating for players who aren't savvy with their keyboards; I think many people would appreciate this.

    If you are on an iPad/iPhone you can shorten it with custom things in stettings ➣ keyboard shortcuts

    This could be applied to all commands, allowing someone to add aliases for commands to make typing out commands simple and customizable. Cool feature!
