In the latest Minecraft snapshot 20w09a the Piglin bartering system was changed significantly in a positive way compared to how it was upon it's introduction in 20w07a, however I feel like there are a couple of tweaks that need to be done to truly make the Piglin Bartering experience even better for the players on a balancing scale and to make sense within the established nether dimension.
Crimson Fungus- To make sure that players can have an infinite supply of Crimson wood.
Porkchops- To give players food who are unable to find any Hoglins, like in the Nether Wastes which Hoglins cannot spawn in, but Piglins do.
I believe that Ender Pearls while were buffed from 2-4 to 4-8, but I believe this gives player less of a reason to explore the Warped Forests and the End dimension, due to them being home of the Endermen while also making it less of a challenge to get Ender Pearls.
Lastly, the last change I would make to the Bartering System would be to remove string, String cannot normally be found in the nether nor can Piglins travel to the overworld without being Zombified, the only way they could obtain string if they were like players would be if a player built a nether portal and lead a Spider into the Nether.
