evoker hands

the hands of the evoker would be used as a magic weapon, since in minecraft there are not so many magic objects that can be used to attack, I thought in the hands of the evoker since it would be good to be able to use his own powers.

the item would be released by the same evoker just as it does with the totem of immortality, but with the difference that obtaining it is much smaller than that of the totem of immortality.
