Wire cutting function for pickaxes

Pretty simple. The same way that axes strip logs or shovels make grass paths, clicking on redstone with a pickaxe changes the way its wired. This could allow for more compact redstone machines without requiring new items.

    While an interesting idea I do not see how this could be easily implemented.  To cycle through all the possible orientations for a piece of redstone dust you would have to cycle through; 4 different layouts and 4 different positions for each meaning the pickaxe would need to cycle through at least 16 different combinations.  Or the hitbox for redstone dust would need to be completely redone.
