Better loot the deeper you go

The oceans are unique and beautiful yet no actual reason for going down deeper. A good way to have that is have say the treasure maps being under y 15, that way you can’t just get lucky and find one on the surface Another way to have a better feeling of progression is to have water pressure. Now hear me out, once you have respiration 3 it would be back to normal, but without it the deeper you go the faster you lose your bubbles that way if you want to get a treasure map you’ll need better gear, that way there’s a extra step in getting the conduit.
