Corruption of the Wither

The Wither has not been updated in basically ages and we need something to make the fight way more interesting! I believe the wither should float only 10-15 blocks in the air. When the wither gets close enough to grass the grass should slowly die and when stepped on gives off an effect called Corruption Of The Wither. This effect causes the corners of the screen to turn turn black. This effect also slows you down ever so slightly. The wither should also drop charred bones which can be crafted into the wand of corruption a weapon that deals 8 hearts of damage by spitting out a burst of purple energy.
