A Diamondcutter made with Netherite that can cut Obsidian (20w07a)

Add the ability to craft a Diamondcutter which is made by using the same recipe as the Stonecutter just with a Netherite Ingot instead of an Iron Ingot. It should have the same functionality as the Stonecutter, but it should also be able to cut all solid blocks including ore blocks and obsidian (except for the blocks that a Netherite Pickaxe can't break) into slabs, stairs and walls just like the stonecutter can cut the blocks that it can cut. It should also not burn in lava or fire just like the other items crafted with Netherite.
