Fiery Bloodroots, a Nether Crop

a simple suggestion for the Nether since they are focusing a bit on survivability in the Nether. Fiery Bloodroots (even though real Bloodroots are flowers); a Nether crop: (Kinda a mix of carrots and beetroot)

  They grow on the underside of soul soil, when eaten they give the player damage (or set on fire: so fire resist could nullify this downside) cause they're too hot, making them a risky food source for unprepared players, so instead of cooking you need to cool them by right-clicking a cauldron filled with water (doesn't consume the water since water is hard to get in the nether) making them completely safe to eat, allowing for a crop that can grow without water in the Nether and adds another food that can be obtained in the Nether for variance and livability.

Plus, Bloodroots is a cool name for a food found in the Nether.
