Warped Effects/Arrows

What if you could make warped items, which would reverse effects. Like if you make a Warped Splash Potion you could throw it at someone with speed 2, they would get slowness 2, same with every other effect. If they have no effect it would be the same as a normal hit with that weapon.

The Warped arrows would do the same, you would shoot someone and reverse their effects..

This would make finding the warped biome worth it, and 'warp' means to distort something so it would make sense.
